No Refunds or Order Cancellations Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. As all Sai Secrets products are freshly prepared upon receiving orders and carefully packed for dispatch, we are unable to accommodate cancellation or refund requests after order confirmation. We kindly request customers to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase. 2. Incorrect or Damaged Products If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, a complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish is required as proof. Upon verification of the issue, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement. Please note that slight variations in color, fragrance, consistency, or texture are natural characteristics of herbal and handmade products and should not be considered defects. 3. Shipping Address and Contact Information Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information at the time of placing an order. Sai Secrets will not be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order. Customers are encouraged to verify all details carefully before completing their purchase. 4. Return Process Returns are accepted only in cases where Sai Secrets has expressly authorized the return after reviewing the customer's request. If a return is approved, customers must follow the instructions provided by our customer support team. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals and labels intact. Sai Secrets reserves the right to inspect returned products and reject any return that does not meet these requirements or shows signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery. 5. Delivery Timeline We strive to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows: ● South India: 7-10 working days from the date of order confirmation. ● North India and other regions: 10–12 working days from the date of order confirmation. For pre-booking products , especially handmade soaps and other special batches, the estimated dispatch and delivery timeline will be communicated at the time of placing the order. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Sai Secrets shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services after the order has been dispatched. 6. Non-Delivery Reporting Period Customers are requested to monitor their shipment using the tracking details provided after dispatch. If an order has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of placing the order, customers must contact Sai Secrets Customer Support within this period for assistance and investigation. While we will make every reasonable effort to assist with delivery-related concerns, claims regarding non-delivery reported after 30 days from the order date may not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or compensation, as courier tracking records and shipment information may no longer be available or verifiable.
